Symptoms

In Rel9 of OSC

Statement of Issue: Outlook sync not happening, ends in the following error

 Customization package is invalid: A downloaded customization package did not pass internal validation. Please contact your administrator.

Expected behaviour : Outlook to sync all records to and from OSC
