How to populate from Lead to Account while Converting Lead to Opportunity?

Business process:
1.- Create a Lead associated with a non-existing account
2.- Convert the Lead into opportunity
3.- As per the features of the Lead conversion, a new account will be created
4.- We cannot see the custom field of the Lead populated into the account.
