R9 - Simplified UI automatically creating a blank Address on Contacts

Seeing a weird behavior on Contacts WITHOUT Addresses where an empty address is being created without any reason.

The empty address should not be created

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User navigates to a contact
2. Clicks on Profile tab - a blank Address record is created

If the user keeps clicking back and forth to Summary and Profile tabs, system keeps creating blank Addresses.
