Unable to Login - Users are Prompted for SSO Login in OSN Even Though Already Logged in to FA (Doc ID 2006396.1)

Symptoms

When clicking on the "social" icon in Fusion Home Page, the Oracle Social Network (OSN) embedded client opens, but users are presented with a new login screen. After inputting the login credentials, the user is still unable to login.

There should be no second login screen, and the OSN client should simply open and render the information.
