Unable to Login - Users are Prompted for SSO Login in OSN Even Though Already Logged in to FA

On OSN version

When clicking on the "social" button in Fusion Home Page, the OSN embedded client opens on the right, but users are presented with a new login screen, and they are unable to login.

It is expected for OSN to just open without being requested to login a second time.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Fusion Apps Home page
2. Select the "Social" button
3. A new login screen appears

Users are unable to login and use OSN.
