How to calculate the compensation of an employee at a frequency same as Base Salary frequency defined, irrespective of frequency defined in the plan to which the employee is mapped?

e.g.: If an employee is paid on Hourly basis then even his compensation should be calculated on Hourly basis but not on the frequency defined in the Plan.
