Symptoms

On Fusion Apps CRM, Version 11.1.9.1.0, Environment CLOUD, POD: cahq

when attempting to work with CRM fuse Ui, the following error occurs:

-- Error
- performance is very poor (2,3 minutes while working inside CRM fuse UI screens)
- user hits timeout and receives "A connection to the server has failed" message
- as well, it seems user is hitting "Scope object serialization failed (object not serializable)" error - raised new SR 3-10200904697
