Symptoms

On Oracle Fusion, 11.1.9.2.0 version, On Transactions, Debit memo is calculating taxes


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
As debit memo is set to not calculate taxes, expecting to do not have tax calculated


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On Navigator
2. Go to Receivables > Billing
3. Go to Transactions > Create Transaction
4. Create a debit memo transaction
5. Review the details and observed there are taxes calculated
