Goal

Clicking on the Financials tab on the project definition page raises java error

Reported Error
java.lang.RuntimeException: com.essbase.api.base.EssException: Cannot get olap application Information. Essbase Error(1051030): Application Projects does not exist.

Replication Steps
1. Manage Projects>Click on a Project> Click Financial tab.
