Information in this document applies to any platform.
Many times we come across situations where a particular defect fix is coming in a specific release of Outlook package say 3.6.12, which would be delivered as part of a particular OSC release say Rel9 PB5.
Environment also may have received Rel9 PB5, but in client it may still show previous version of client package say 3.6.10.
Once its confirmed that the environment has received Rel9 PB5 (verify info.xml in profile --> Data folder in client's computer)
-<package_info xmlns="http://invisiblecrm.com/platform/info">-<product><name>Oracle Sales Cloud for Outlook</name><version>3.06.10.00</version><build_version>376</build_version></product>
In this case it still shows 3.6.10 and not 3.6.12. The only possibility is a custom package extracted in previous version is in use still.
