Unable To Change Type from Contingent Worker To Employee In OIM (Doc ID 2008116.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Created a user as Contingent Worker but now want to change it to Employee. The Employee value is not available in Person Type drop down.
Logged in to OIM, Changed User Type to Employee and applied the changes
To get the OIM changes reflected in Sales Cloud application, ran “Retrieve Latest LDAP Changes” job
But still Person Type from OIM is not reflecting in sales cloud. Person Type is still Contingent Worker


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Customer should able to select the person type as employee and save

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Manage user UI
2. Search the user and Select the user
3. Change the person type as employee or

1. Login to OIM
2. Search the user and Select the user
3. Change the person type as employee

Run sync program and retest issue remain same
