When attempting to login to the Unifier Production environment, the following error occurs.

Oracle Identity Self Service

Your account is locked. You can unlock your account by going to Forgot Password

When attempting to lock/unlock the user in OIM, the following error occurs.

Are you sure you want to lock the account for the following user?



IAM-3050166 : An error occurred while performing lock user operation. Can't find resource for bundle java.util.PropertyResourceBundle, ket IAM-3050042

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to login to the Unifier production environment
2. Attempt to clear lock on user in OIM

Due to this issue, this user cannot login to use the application.
