ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The coverage start dates for medical / dental / vision are incorrect after covering the dependents. The effective dates seem to be using the effective date of the session as a coverage start date instead of the coverage start date in the formula.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to see the correct coverage start date

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Process New Hire Life Event on 5/4/2015
Navigator > Benefits > Enrollment > Query person > Benefits Enrollment > Enrollments > Select Medical Plan Employee + Family Option
cover the dependents
save
The coverage start date is changed from 6/3/15 to 5/8/2015
