Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Functional Setup Manager

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to change the primary phone number of an employee.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should be able to change the primary phone number of an employee.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to "Navigator" > "Resource Directory"
2. Search for a user
3. Choose a user
4. Go to "Additional Contact Information"


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot assign the correct primary phone number.
