Incorrect data in 'Run Pension Automatic Enrollment Report' (Doc ID 2008476.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, UK - United Kingdom Legislation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
PAE reports contain no data or else show duplicate data

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the reports produced to contain data and not to have any duplicates

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1- Run Pension Automatic Automatic Enrollment Report
2- Go to Processes and Reports
3- View Results to view the Reports
4- We can see the list of letter reports generated

Issue: Some of the reports do not show any data. When we open the letter report,we get an error message 'The file cannot be opened because it has no pages'
Some reports show the data 4 times.
