Fusion Benefits: Dependents Not Getting Refreshed

Employees are still clicking on the 'Evaluate Life Events' button before creating the contacts. After clicking on the button they are entering the contacts and trying to enroll them and unable to do so as the dependents do not get refreshed once we hit the button.
To fix the issue, from back end we are again manually creating a 'Potential Life Event' for the same employee and processing it so the previous active Life event gets closed automatically and then employee is able to see all the dependents and also able to nominate them for the Plan.
