How To Create OSN Users In Bulk (Doc ID 2009016.1)

Goal

Administrators can configure the Oracle Social Network (OSN) to allow others without an Oracle Cloud account to access and use OSN. Such users are also known as "guest users" and "outside users", see <Document 2070666.1> - What Roles Exist for OSN and When to Use Them?

As these users don't automatically have an OSN account, they need to be either invited by another user or added by the administrator. The ability to add more than one user at a time to OSN was introduced in Release 10.
