Transactions Stuck In ROLLUP Status. Calculation is Not Picking Up These Transactions to be Processed. (Doc ID 2009750.1)

Symptoms


Transaction stuck in Rollup status. It is not being picked up for calculation.


STEPS
1. Import credited transaction with credit receivers (eg. Transaction Number = 'PrHdr00030')
2. Run "Crediting and Rollup" as a single process
3. Run Calculation
4. View transactions and they are not calculated. The status is still in Rollup.


Changes

New Implementation with the following System Parameters setting :

 1. Enable Classification = Yes
 2. Classify Transaction = After collection and before crediting
 3. Enable Crediting = yes
 4. Enable Rollup = yes
 5. Rollup Hierarchy Using = Credit Hierarchy

 

Note:  Because Crediting and Rollup are enabled and Rollup Hierarchy is Credit Hierarchy, user should use the job "Run Crediting and Rollup"  instead of just "Run Crediting" and "Run Rollup".
