Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Synchronization

When attempting to sync with Sales Cloud for Outlook, the following error occurs.

1. Attempting either "Sync All Changes" or "Estimate Sync Size"
2. The error "The server did not provide a meaningful reply; this might be caused by a contract mismatch, a premature session shutdown or an internal server error." occurs intermittently.
