Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to provision new Partner User after creating a new Partner Company, using the documented steps in the Unifier Cloud Administration Guide.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After creating a new Partner Company in Unifier and OIM, when the partner user account is provisioned the status state should be "Provisioned".

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.This issue can be reproduced by following the steps in the attached document: Steps_for_Partner_Company_and_Partner_Users.docx (815.89 KB) (13-May-2015 05:31:19 PM)
2. On step 12, if the "Parent Organization Name" is filled in manually, the issue will be reproducible.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, new partner users cannot be provisioned successfully.
