Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Duplicate Resolution

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer has create Duplication Resolution requests, but is unable to assign a user to the batch.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Customer has created Duplication Resolution requests, and should be able to assign them to Data Steward Managers.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > Customer Data Management Dashboard
2. Create and process Duplicate Identification for object Contacts
3. After completing the process, identified duplicates end up in the list of Duplicate Resolutions but are unassigned and are unable to be assigned.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot assign Duplication Resolution requests, and as a result users are unable to process these requests.
