Customer is planning to use only the phone number field, and not the additional country and area fields, to store the phone numbers. Is it possible to set the default country code to null? So far they tried the options below, but not success yet.
Setup and Maintenance: Manage Phone Numbering Plans task - Country code is mandatory
Appliction Composer: Groovy script - Field is not programmatically accessible.
As a result some of the phone numbers, migrated from CRM OnDemand, will have the country code twice.
