ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The name of the user sending DM does not reflect in ENgage. It just shows - Direct Message between <Brand page>  & <Brand page>
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Name of the user from whom the Direct Message has started should appear on the Direct Message Header view.



BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, it takes longer time for the user to figure out the DM sender, thus reduces their productivity
