On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Other Issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Cannot see and choose all Data Access Set (DA) for secondary ledger and cannot open first period for Secondary Ledger

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
To see and choose DAS for secondary ledger and open period for secondary ledger

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define Primary Ledger by Rapid Implementation
2. Define Secondary Ledger (manually)
3. GL data role created are verified in APM and have no issues
4. Assign GL roles to the user (for Primary and Secondary Ledger)
5. Choose DAS for primary ledger and open first period
6. User cannot see and choose DAS for Secondary ledger. User cannot open first period for secondary ledger

BUSINESS IMPACT
