ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Extended delay for the Facebook posts to reflect in Engage.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The posts should appear in Engage without any extended delay

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Engage
2. Check the latest message from Facebook Channel
3. Go to the Facebook Channel on Facebook
4. Check the latest messages on Facebook
5. Compare the messages on Step 2 & 4.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot trust SRM for engaging with users within set time limit.
