Symptoms

On : 11.1.8.0.0 version, Oracle Fusion Customer Center Cloud Service/Manage Accounts

ACTUAL BEHAVIOUR
---------------------------
Incorrect 'zip code' defaults when city has multiple listing, during new Account creation


STEPS
---------
- Login to Fusion Application
- Click on Account tab
- Create new account
- On Edit Account page, click drop-down for Post Code to select the correct Zip Code
Notice:(1) that only one entry shows up, although there are multiple options available
(2) Click 'More' and notice that this does not list all options either
