Receipts User Interface Times Out with Errors When Trying To Create A Receipt (Doc ID 2011855.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Process Manual Receipts

When attempting to Create a Standard Receipt, using the UI, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
The page at https://<yourpage> says:
A connection to the server has failed. (status=504)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Receivables Balances > Create Receipt > (Standard Receipt)
2. Populate:
Business Unit
Receipt Method
Currency USD
Entered Amount 20000
3. As soon as Receipt Date is entered, the UI freezes up and then times out.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Create Receipts via the UI.
