After trying cancelling a leave request, the plan participation is no longer visible in the FUSE leave dashboard

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to FUSE, navigate to TIME, see that plan participation is visible
2. Schedule an absence then cancel it without submitting
3. Go back to plan participation and see that no plans are displayed anymore
