ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Copy Maps not working for Dynamic Choice List

We have created a custom Dynamic Choice List field on Leads and Opportunities called Source Campaign, which references a Custom Object. This has been added to the default Copy Map in Application Composer "Copy Lead to Opportunity Map", however the values are not being copied across from the Lead to the Opportunity when the Lead is converted.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Custom Dynamic Choice List field on Leads copied to Opportunities when convert a Lead to Opportunity

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Application Composer > Marketing Application
2. For Sales Lead object add Dynamic Choice List field for related object Marketing Campaign, Display Value Campaign Name
3. in App Composer select Sales Application
4. For Opportunity object add Dynamic Choice List field for related object Marketing Campaign, Display Value Campaign Name
5. Add custom object Marketing Campaign under Common application
6. Navigate to Application Composer > Marketing Application > Advanced Setup > Copy Maps
7. Update Default Copy Lead to Opportunity Map
8. Added custom fields to Opportunity Attribute Mappings: LeadSource_c, LeadSourceDetails_c, SourceCampaign_c
SourceCampaign_c is a Dynamic Choice List on both Leads and Opportunities, referencing a Custom Object in the Common application called “Marketing Campaign”
9. In SUI Create New Lead
10. Save and Continue
11. Actions > Convert
12. Submit
13. Click Opportunities Subtab
Note the Lead Source (LeadSource_c) and Lead Source Details (LeadSourceDetails_c) are populated/copied, but the Source Campaign (SourceCampaign_c) is not.
