Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
Reports for projects were not delivered via email. Unifier indicates that these reports were run on a specific date. but none of the project participants received the auto-generated email with the report(s) attached.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Reports for the projects should be delivered via email when scheduled.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will when dialy e-mail jobs are not getting trigered by following these steps:
1. Configure report to be delivered via email
2. Report not delivered

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, users cannot review the reports necessary to conduct business for this project.
