On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Manage Partners

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
We're in the process of configuring the Partner portal, and it all seems to be going well so far.
However, when we create a contact on a partner, we appear to be missing the option to select 'Manage User Details' from the contact and then provision a user account based from this.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
To have the option 'Manage User Details' from the contact.
