Agent Console Freezes

Every time agent receives a IM (instant message ) in the Cisco jabber tool while she is chatting with a employee in the click to chat tool, it prevents her from typing in the click to chat tool. She has to minimize her click to chat screen and maximize it again in order for her to be able to type in the click to chat tool with a employee.
