Goal

To explain how to clear the initial Global and Resource validation messages on a new account.

The Initial Global and Resource Validation messages are as follows:

Error 15019: The Portal User ID should not be null or ‘change_on_install.’
Error 15021: The Portal Password should not be empty or ‘change_on_install.’
Error 15028: The value of Daily Job Password should not be null or 'change_on_install.'
 
Error 17001: The value of Password should not be ‘change_on_install’ for the user with Login ID sys_admin.
Warning 17002: The hint question is not setup for the user with Login ID sys_admin.
Error 17003: The email address should not be ‘donotreply@oracle.com’ for the user with Login ID sys_admin.
Error 17001: The value of Password should not be ‘change_on_install’ for the user with Login ID app_admin.
Error 17003: The email address should not be ‘donnotreply@oracle.com’ for the user with Login ID app_admin.
