Error Recieved When Trying To Add Custom Fields To Outlook Pages Lead Form (Doc ID 2013550.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Extensibility

When attempting to add the custom fields to an Outlook Lead form layout it produces the attached error,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
The Outlook Region cannot be updated because of an internal error. Contact your application administrator.
An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.

An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of the incident: 109, Server Domain: CRMDomain, Server Instance: MarketingServer_1, Application Name: MarketingApp.




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to App Composer
2. Go to Marketing Application
3. Go to Sales Lead
4. Pages -> Outlook Pages -> Page layout
5. Add two custom fields - IC Lead Source and IC Status to the page layout
6. Error appears.
