Is there a Setting that Permits Notification of Update to the Live Help Click To Chat Window?

I would like to know if there is option we could enable to Pop up the Click To Chat window at customer's screen whenever we send a message to them, because with the current setup the customers wouldn't know if there is any new messages until they open the window as most of the customers will be multi tasking while chatting with us and they normally work on other windows or browsers so it would be better if the Click To Chat window popped up while new messages arrives.
