Unable to submit Retry Payroll Process for Quick Pay.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Would like to be able to run a Retry
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit quick pay for the employee and quick pay completed successfully.
2. Added a new entry in the quick pay run month for the employee.
3. Marked quick pay action for Retry.
4. Try submitting Retry Payroll Process but don’t find the payroll process (previously marked for retry) in Payroll Process parameter list. Hence we are unable to submit the Retry payroll process.
