Goal

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Customer Center and Common


Requirement to generate an email when client records are changed/updated by users.
This email needs to have the business identifier (e.g. account number) in it, that is contained within a custom child object.
When creating an email template to be sent based on an object workflow trigger, no fields are available from custom child objects.
Are there any options available to include custom child object fields in the email templates?
