Contact search with single character (Doc ID 2015289.1)

Goal

When we enter single Japanese character in Contact search, the following error message is displayed.

A minimum of 2 characters is required for search

Since there are a lot of single character last names in Japanese Kanji character, we'd like to modify to run a search in one character.
