Social Networking Content or OSN Deck Is Not Visible On Simplified UI Home Page (Doc ID 2015958.1)

Symptoms

Unable to see Social Networking content or OSN deck in Simplified UI. User has the required role as per Document1981808.1 and it was displaying before.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Simplified UI should display OSN deck in the home page when the user is having "Oracle Social Network Access Duty" role and "Display social networking content in home page" check box is checked in Settings page.
