Information in this document applies to any platform.
The users are not able to successfully connect the OSN MS Outlook add ins.
After an existing or new user installs the outlook client and configures it to connect to the client URL for the pod then attempts to log in the following message appears:
This error can be encountered for the following situations:
1) New users attempt to login with the account and password received via email
2) For existing users (already having been able to connect to the webclient) they log in with their userid and password.
