Roll up job ends with deadlock error when both rollup and team rules are defined (Doc ID 2016381.1)

Symptoms

On : Rel 9.2 version, Rollup and Team Rules

Received deadlock and endless processing

On upgrade to R9, customer got 2 deadlock errors when trying to run rollup.

Of the  15  processes running, 14 had completed within 5 minutes, and  had to cancel one process due to it running continuously for 1 hour. Process ID for cancelled rollup was 122202.






STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create rollup and team rules
2. Run rollup job in TOTAL mode multiple times

Due to this issue, users unable to completely run rollup process
