Import Job For Customer Center Custom Object Not Working As Expected (Doc ID 2016453.1)

Symptoms

Imported a custom object and it is stuck in "Interface Table Upload in Progress"
The import uses the same mapping as other imports used before (last week - 22/05/2015) when the process was successfully.

Confirmed there have been no system changes within this time so the field mappings and data do not seem to be the issue.
