ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Inactive Users Report is available as a new feature in Rel 9. . However, this report does not fetch any data.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Inactive Users Report should fetch the required values

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. login to Pod as admin
2. Navigate to Scheduled Processes > Inactive Users Report and submit this report. Try to view it output
