Session Timeout Error Or Can't Upload Error When Uploading Content To Service

Occasionally, users experience upload and/or synchronization failures. Once a file fails to upload, it seems that re-uploading the file continues to fail. The files are never uploaded. Most often you see this error:
Sometimes, particularly on the Web UI when navigating between folders, you see this:
For your protection we automatically sign you out if we haven't detected any activity for a while.
In the Web UI, it appears that this happens when the content is at 98% complete. There is no correlation with size, though larger file uploads do seem more susceptible to this than smaller ones.
