Scheduled Export For Partner Objects Is Not Working When Have Custom Partner Export Objects. No File Generated. (Doc ID 2017416.1)

Symptoms

File Based and Bulk Export of Partner objects (eg. Partner Profile) is not working when there are custom Partner export objects.
The process completed with Succeeded status but there is no exported data file generated.
Note:  User is able to successfully export out the custom partner object.


STEPS
1. File Based Data Export :
    Navigator > Setup and Maintenance > Task: Manage File Export Activities > Create Export Activity ... with Parent Object = Partner
OR
2. Bulk Export:
    Navigator > Setup and Maintenance > Task: Schedule Export Processes > Create Export Process ... select Export Object : Partner Profile


Changes

Confirmed the artifact has been generated successfully :
    Navigator > Application Composer
    Application = Sales
    Common Setup > Import and Export  ... check Status and End Time of last generated
    ... user has Custom Object for Partner

Note: If the Generate button is not enabled, you might still be in a sandbox environment in which you need to delete or publish
