This only applies to zones that utilize single sign-on (SSO)
End users select Oracle Business Intelligence from the Table of Contents / Welcome Center and receive an error similar to the one below:
|A system error has occurred.
Please exit the application and open a new session. Please contact your internal company help desk if your company has one. Otherwise, for any problem with the Taleo application, please log an incident through Oracle Support. In your incident, please describe the problem in detail (circumstances and actions leading up to the error). If you do not have access to Oracle Support, please contact your Taleo system administrator.
- If users access Recruiting first, then drop-down on Home (next to Recruiting) and select Oracle Business Intelligence from there, OBI is accessible without error
- If users select the back button on their browser, then return to the Table of Contents / Welcome Center, then re-select Oracle Business Intelligence, OBI is accessible without error
