OTAC/TEE: Error: "A System Error Has Occurred" Accessing OBI (SSO Only) (Doc ID 2017421.1)

Symptoms

Problem Description:

This applies only to zones that utilize single sign-on (SSO).

 

When end users select Oracle Business Intelligence from the Table of Contents (TOC) / Welcome Center page, they receive an error similar to the one below:

A system error has occurred.
Please exit the application and open a new session. Please contact your internal company help desk if your company has one. Otherwise, for any problem with the Taleo application, please log an incident through Oracle Support. In your incident, please describe the problem in detail (circumstances and actions leading up to the error). If you do not have access to Oracle Support, please contact your Taleo system administrator.

If users access Recruiting first, then select Oracle Business Intelligence from the Recruiting menu, OBI is accessible without error.

If users select the back button on their browser, then return to the Table of Contents / Welcome Center page, then re-select Oracle Business Intelligence, OBI is accessible without error.
