Normally, when you submit an Organization or Contact, the PartyID and the PartyNumber are automatically generated, that don't match each other.
When the customer submits a new Contact or Organization through a web service, they will sometimes provide their own value for the PartyNumber.
However, if the customer does not provide a PartyNumber, then they would like the PartyNumber to match the PartyID, instead of the system generating this value.
How can this be accomplished?
