Symptoms

When attempting to upload the RapidImplementationForCashManagement.xlsm the following error occurs.

Unable to generate Bank xml. Bank upload failed.java.lang.NullPointerException

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Try to load  Rapid Implementation Bank spreadsheet
