ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The option to reply to message is not accessible. It is greyed out

The option to reply to the message must be available.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go tot Engage
2. Open the message
The option to reply is greyed out

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot reply to the messages.
