"From a Form" Campaign Step Not Working When Two Forms Are Pointed Towards the Same Campaign Step (Doc ID 2017736.1)

Symptoms

If you point multiple "Add to Campaign" form processing steps to the same campaign step, when you open the campaign canvas it will look like the image below:

    

Notice how there is only one "From a Form" step visible on the campaign canvas
