Future Dated Bench Details For A Particular Employee Not Getting Updated (Doc ID 2018087.1)

Goal

The future dated bench details for a particular employee is not getting updated.

The document with all the details are attached. Below are the steps followed:
Step 1. Login to HCM.
Step 2. Click on “Navigator” and then to “Person Gallery”
Step 3. Search for the specific employee and click on the same
Step 4. Click on “Experience and qualifications” and then on Pencil button “Edit”
Step 5. Select “Bench Details” from the “Content Type” dropdown list and then click on “Add”.
Step 6. Select “Bench” from the dropdown under “Employment Status”.
Step 7. Select the desired dates from the “To date” and “From date”. Future dates (i.e. From 1st july, 2015 to 15th July, 2015) in this case.
Step 8. Click on “submit”
Step 9. Now click “Yes” from the pop up message and finally click on “Ok”
However, on successful completion of the process, the bench details are not updated.
